In the first two experiments, we verified the effect of dry ice blasting angle and distance on the dry ice cleaning effective. Today, we will conduct the third experiment to verify the effect of moving speed of the dry ice cleaning effect. The machine for this experiment continues to use the energy-saving dry ice cleaning machineYJ-04 produced by our company. The target cleaning object is a PCB board after spraying paint.
Other test standard data are as follows:
|
Dry ice particle size |
Dry ice blasting angle |
Dry ice output |
Dry ice blasting distance |
|
0.2mm-0.6mm |
90° |
150g/min |
100mm |
This experiment uses a fixed and uniform speed moving device to fix the dry ice blasting gun on the fixed device according to the experimental requirements, and adjust the standard parameters such as dry ice blasting angle and distance. The test PCB board is fixed on the mobile device, and the accuracy of the test results is ensured by the uniform speed movement of the mobile device. The moving speed of this test is in the range of 250-650mm/min, and the speed increases by 100mm/min each time. The tested speeds are 250mm/min, 350mm/min, 450mm/min, 550mm/min, and 650mm/min. In order to ensure the reliability of the test results, 3 tests are conducted at each speed. The test results are shown in the figure below:

By observing the test samples in the picture, it can be seen that the clarity of the cleaning tape of the PCB board becomes more and more incomplete and unclear as the moving speed increases, which means that the cleaning rate is constantly decreasing with the increase in speed. When the movement speed is 250mm/min, the cleaning effect is very good, the cleaning tape on the PCB board is complete and clear, and there is no paint residue on the cleaning tape; when the moving speed is before 350-450mm/min, the cleaning tape is still clear, but there is a small amount of paint residue and breakpoints in the cleaning tape; When the moving speed is 550mm/min and 650mm/min, the cleaning tape becomes intermittent spots, and there is no complete cleaning tape formed by washing, and the cleaning effect is very poor.
Conclusion of this experiment: During cleaning operations, the best cleaning effect is achieved when the moving speed of the dry ice blasting gun or the target cleaning object is 250mm/min.
