Connect the LCO₂ storage tank to the machine using the supplied high-pressure hose and cryogenic ball valve (liquid phase only).

Plug in the power cord and turn on the main switch.

Select the desired extrusion die (3–19 mm) and securely install it.

Set parameters on the PLC touch screen (pressure, cycle time, etc.).

Start the machine – the system automatically draws liquid CO₂, converts it into snow, compresses, and extrudes high-density pellets.

Collect dry ice pellets from the outlet using the ice scraper and store immediately in an insulated dry ice box.

Wear supplied anti-freezing gloves during operation and collection.
