The delivery is being handled via door-to-door air freight, covering the journey from our factory to the customer's shop in just 10 days. Our company offers a one-stop service that includes import customs clearance and doorstep delivery. The customer does not need to be involved in the delivery process and can simply wait for the machine to arrive safely at their location. Additionally, transport insurance has been purchased for the dry ice cleaning machine, providing multiple layers of protection to ensure the safety of the customer's goods.

Along with the dry ice cleaning machine, the customer also ordered a chest freezer (Model YJ.DG86W418) for storing unused dry ice. This freezer has a maximum capacity of 330 kg of dry ice. Due to its large size, air freight costs were exceptionally high, so we recommended sea freight for this item. Like the dry ice cleaning machine, the freezer is also being delivered with door-to-door service.
