My Italian customer has an aluminum alloy die-casting factory. The die castings are very precise and grinding cannot be used to remove the burrs on the die castings. The customer came to me and hoped to use dry ice blasting technology to remove the burrs on the die castings. I recommended the dry ice cleaning machine model YJ-06 to the customer. Because YJ-06 can crush dry ice particles into particles less than 0.6mm, it is easier to remove burrs in smaller apertures. The customer passed the test and found that the YJ-06 dry ice cleaning machine can effectively remove burrs on die castings.
