1. Advantages:

(1) Very little rust removal waste is generated. Since dry ice evaporates quickly after spraying, dry ice rust removal will not cause secondary pollution.

(2) Simple operation. Just put the dry ice particles into the machine, turn on the switch, and then aim the nozzle at the place where rust needs to be removed, and you can start working.

(3) A wide range of cleaning. It can remove rust from various metal surfaces, including cast iron, stainless steel, ships, steel pipes, vehicles, etc.

(4) It will not damage the surface of the workpiece. Since the hardness of dry ice particles is relatively small, it will not damage the surface of the workpiece.

2. Disadvantages:

(1) A dry ice storage device is required. Dry ice rust removal machines require dry ice particles, and storing dry ice requires a special storage device, which increases the cost of the equipment.

(2) The price is relatively high. Since the technology of dry ice rust removal machines is relatively complex, the price is generally higher.
