Product Application
The working principle of dry ice blast cleaning involves using compressed air to propel dry ice particles at high speed onto the surface to be cleaned. Upon impact, the dry ice particles rapidly vaporize, creating a "micro-explosion" effect. This process causes localized cooling, brittleness, and cracking of contaminants, which are then separated from the surface by the explosive force of the sublimating dry ice. The kinetic energy of the compressed air effectively removes the debris from the surface. This cleaning method does not damage the surface being cleaned, particularly metal surfaces, nor does it affect their cleanliness. Therefore, dry ice cleaning technology is widely used in fields such as marine vessels, aerospace, historical building restoration, industrial rust removal, printing equipment, cold chain transportation, chemical boilers, and industrial molds.
