Analysis of ice blockage causes of dry ice cleaning machine
The reasons for ice blockage in dry ice cleaning machines may be due to the following aspects:
The surface temperature of the cleaning object is too high
If the surface temperature of the cleaning object is too high, the rapidly liquefied dry ice vapor will not cool fast enough, resulting in excessive water vapor and water droplets, increasing the risk of ice formation in the atomizer and gas transmission pipeline.
01
Frosting of the atomizer
The atomizer used in the dry ice cleaning machine may not be fully opened (or has been aged), which may cause the atomizer to frost, reduce the ventilation opening of the atomizer mouth, and reduce the cleaning flow. The atomization effect is not ideal, and the subsequent ice blockage may be more serious.
02
Condensation water in the gas transmission pipeline
If there is no insulation measure for the gas transmission pipeline, condensation water is easy to be generated. These moisture may be deposited inside the pipeline, narrowing the gas transmission channel, and also causing a good cleaning effect to be unable to be guaranteed.
03
Equipment aging
The service life of the dry ice cleaning machine is too long, the parts are loose, and the sealing is poor, which may cause pipeline defects and affect the construction effect.
